For more than 50 years, JWI has supported commercial, municipal, industrial, educational, institutional, and infrastructure properties across Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Massachusetts. Our field work spans below-grade water control, injection grouting, soil stabilization, void filling, low-density cellular concrete, concrete restoration, coatings, linings, and water and wastewater structure rehabilitation.

We work where water, soil, concrete, and infrastructure problems overlap. Our team supports owners, engineers, general contractors, municipalities, facility managers, wastewater teams, and industrial sites facing active infiltration, soil loss, voids, slab movement, deteriorated concrete, or failing coatings and linings.

We help evaluate the field condition and discuss a practical repair path. We coordinate with engineer-directed scopes where applicable. Our role is specialty field execution, not engineering design or regulatory determination.

Engineering design, structural determinations, geotechnical engineering opinions, and regulatory interpretations should be provided by the appropriate licensed professionals when required.

Soil Stabilization

We stabilize compromised soils affected by erosion, groundwater movement, poor compaction, washout, or settlement. This protects foundations, slabs, utility structures, manholes, vaults, and other below-grade assets that depend on consistent subgrade support.

Void Filling

Voids below slabs, behind walls, around structures, or near utilities create settlement, cracking, water paths, and structural risk. We fill them using materials and methods matched to the substrate, access, and conditions of each site.

Low-Density Cellular Concrete

LDCC is a lightweight, flowable material used for void filling, soil stabilization, and foundation support where reduced weight, efficient placement, and controlled fill are important. It reaches confined spaces conventional fill cannot.

Slab Stabilization

Sunken or uneven slabs are usually a symptom of soil movement, erosion, washout, or poor compaction. We treat leveling as a stabilization service that addresses the soil condition underneath, not just the surface result.

We start with the visible issue, the structure involved, available photos or video, water behavior, settlement, deterioration, access, and any drawings or reports.
